From some top secret SAR images it seems that there are large nocturnal movements of troops towards the eastern part of Sicily, probably towards the little gulf of Giarre, where some weeks ago two Cargos, apparently used for the transport of alimentary genders from Tunisia, have berthed. The satellite images we need to confirm these movements we have still not obtained, therefore at the moment we can not pretend but just ask authorization to fly a DCA mission in exception, as contemplated by the Peace Treaty.
