The combat release that will contain the first area of operations will have the Tornado IDS/ ADV and the Harrier as AI aircraft.

In generale, leggendo il forum di 'F.O.', mi è sembrato di capire che il rilascio di nuovi add-on (soprattutto aerei pilotabili), sia cosa non secondaria nello sviluppo futuro del sim...la cosa fa ben sperare, certo bisognerà  vedere tempi ecc..., ma "a sensazione" sembrano piuttosto bendisposti

Also in due time SDK's will be released.
There will be nothing stopping you from submitting a model with skin.
If these are up to "FO standards" then we will put them in the next patch.
Afterwards depending on the information we have available on that specific aircraft we will look into making it flyable.

Know though that before we make an AC flyable, we will need a considerable amount of info. We will not make an AC flyable for which we for example lack information for how the engine get's started.

We either have enough information and we put it on our agenda to make it flyable.
Or we don't have the information and it stay's AI untill we do have the info.

My best guess is that information on the SDK's will be reveilled close to or just after first release.

Hey guys, just an update on the special guest for the next session. I'm still waiting on final confirmation but right now it's about 95% so I thought I'd give you a heads up.

Our special guest is Major Chuck Boothe. Chuck is fresh back from a tour of the Middle East, and is one of the guys responsible for the Fighter Ops training syllabus.

Chuck's flying experience has been with the T37, T38 and KC135, with 2100 flight hours including 600 hours as an instructor and 65 combat hours. He is currently serving a tour as a Master Air Attack Planner.

The session on the 19th will be at 1100 GMT and will cover the real USAF flying training syllabus and how it relates to flying with the Air Force, grading procedures, MIF (minimum grades to pass each sortie), he also has plenty of war stories from teaching students to fly he will share with us. Should be a great session, make sure you mark it in your schedules.

Hi Pac,
Txnk a lot to for your support,did you take in consideration with Chuck to take a training by webcam?
With real classroom connection,dashboard and so on?.

Since he is the person creating the training syllabus for FO you'll see more of him later on

But indeed a very interresting idea. I just doubt that it would be easy to get this done through official airforce channels.

I am very happy that AMVI is supporting FO project.
I am very happy to read Pacman's post here, updating and sendig us
news. Great shots, supposing this is only the start.
I am very interested in this new project and I am waiting it as was like Lock-ON simulator..maybe a lot more.

DiD was my brother first. following...In old time i tried to grow with Falcon 4...but life took me away from it. Falcon is the Simulator... and due to all the upgrade did in the past time from worldsim support it was and it is the best modern sim. Then came Lock On..magnific..great atmosfer an sim.

But as i read around they are differents, i know well only LockON.
Falcon is become very realistic in avionics and reliable, built on old graphic engine. LockOn is also a good product as you already know.
Surelly you know... I am only a baby..in this branch.
It seems here around there is a lot of great AMVI pilots.

I read some information about FO, and it seem collect all the aspects
wich skil Simmers needs now, included me.

Now i am on vacation....(working working a lot ), but i want to come back onboard a jet.

I WANT FO..please..work HARD and give us a big gift. We need you guys.

Ps: io intanto mi prenoto...a quanto lo vendi l'X-52 una volta vinto...??
Ps2: non so se puoi modificare la shirt..a mio avviso ci starebbero bene due piccoli loghi 'XSI' (quelli blu) ripettivamente uno sulla manica ed uno sulla sull'orlo in basso (il tutto spassionatamente ...hai già  fatto un ottimo lavoro).
