Hello everyone,

With the French virtual squadrons Normandie-Niemen, we organize a campaign for September.
We invite you to participate in this campaign.
You can participate alone or with your squadron.
There are 28 maximum possible human connexions for each encounter.
It is not an obligation you participate in all encounters.
If your nation has 30 humans for participate, you can rotate between you and some others humans of your nation, from one encounter to another.

For two nations, the teams are: 14H against 14H
For three nations, the teams are: 9H against 9H against 9H
For four nations, the teams are: 7H against 7H against 7H against 7H

Attention, after choosing your nation (team), it is irreversible. You will remain in this nation throughout the campaign. You can not change a nation.

You can see the rules on the forum Normandie-Niemen after registration to the forum.

This is a campaign where many countries are fighting.
Each country has a territory and must win the war against other nations.
It can have from two to four nations in this campaign.
It depends on the number of participants.

There are several ways to win the war.

First: Destroy all enemy military units. Mainly enemy aviation of other nations.

Second: Find and capture the enemy's capital. With the help of your military land units, you must capture this capital.
If there are three or four nations, you will have to capture the capitals of all the other countries.

Third: the other nations lose and announce their defeat and their appointment. A nation can retrieve military units (aircraft and ammunition stocks), if it captures the enemy air base with its basic military units. He will take the rest of the aircraft and ammunition in stock on his behalf.

Attendance is once every two weeks.

Hi Markus,
I am waiting the response of your Forum Admin in order to validate my registration.
The same thing occurs for my friend Vinci.
In principle we can participate with 2 or 4 pilots, always a couple, but we are not sure to guarantee the participations to all the events.
Main concern is about the weekly date of the meeting because we also have our internal activity and training, usually Monday and Thursday.
So, first of all we need to know if your campaign will not match with our internal commitments.
Next step will be to choose the pilots and of course the Nation/Camp.

Yes, the day for play the campaign is my preocupation... .
I can say you, the meeting of the campaign will be all the two weeks. Not one time by week.
That it's important, it's to participe to an event, and possible an international event.
I know it's difficult to bring together for a common day, but I hope that it's possible if we get together one time all the two weeks.
On us side, there are any pilots, we know, they will can't fly for us one time all the two weeks. But it's for a good cause ! Flying together around a campaign !

I know you are the last decision-makers for fly or not this campaign with us, but I hope all we'll find pleasure meet again all the two weeks from the end of september.

Hello,

This is the conditions for beginning the campaign "The War From The Sky".

Remember :
The campaign will run all the thursdays, every two weeks.
The 14th september 09:00pm, will be a test connexions with all the pilots.
The 28th september 09:00pm, will begin the campagne.

It's a campaign for 7Humans vs 7Humans vs 7Humans vs 7Humans.

WARNING ! Once his camp is chosen, it is irrevocable, we can no longer change sides.

FIRST :
You must give me the name of all pilots participe from your squadrons.

SECOND :
You must give me the team where you would like to be.
There are 4 teams. And each team will have a territory.

This teams are :
CAMP BLADE
CAMP SWORD
CAMP KATANA
CAMP AXE

In the CAMP BLADE, there is already 5 registered pilotes.
We can be more pilots than 7, as it's proposed for each encounters. The goal is to have a camp with enough pilots (10-15-20-etc...) for to be sure having 7 pilots for all encounters.
So, an entire squadron of 5 pilots, will can be in a same camp with an other squadron and some pilots stand alone, for elaborate together a strategy for the victory, as to rotate the pilots between the encounters by changing pilots from one evening to the next.

If you have any problem to rejoin the forum NORMANDIE-NIEMEN, you can give me on this forum (BMS) , your name and squadron, and the team (camp) where you would like to be affected.

THIRD :
One time that all the teams will be ready, we'll determinate by drawing lots, the territory for each team (camp).

FOUR :
After, each team receive an order book of armament. You'll have 10.000 points (or more), for buy your planes, grounds units, and ammo stock.

FIVE :
You'll decide on a Korea map, where you'll want to put all yours units on your territory, on which airbases you'll placed yours planes and ammo stock (and quantity) on your territory.
And choose a capital town in your territory.

SIXT :
Give me back the order book with all of this informations, and that's all !

Hi Gentlemen, just a quick question:
How will be performed the editing of the mission (if any)?
In other terms: will the missions be generated by Falcon's Campaign engine and we shall use them without any change or we'll be able to change them in order to achieve our strategy?
Can we add some new flight if the one's generated do not match our plan?
In this last case we'll have only 30 minutes from the beginning of the briefing......not so much time.
Can you explain these aspects?

I will proceed to the draw of the territories on Wednesday August 9 at 9 pm on our TS. It would be good if a representative of each team was there to validate the draw, and to recover the logbook of his team.

When you have purchased your units and ammunition from the arming log. You will place them in the places you will designate in an AMVI.tac file. In this file, there will be your ground troops placed to start the campaign, like your planes that you will have placed on your airbases. You will also have to tell me how to distribute your ammunition according to your fighter squadrons.
Then, I will collect the 4 * .tac files from each camp, on a campaign file, and that's it.

For the campaign, you will have 15 days to prepare your strategy before each meeting. You will have 30 minutes to create your flights and strategy. If however 30 minutes is too short, I will advise to increase the briefing to 45 minutes, but not more.

At the beginning of each campaign meeting, you will have to create your flights. You can modify them at will, and as many times as you wish. You are free to manage your troops as you wish.

You will be able to create your human flights, like your AI flights during this time.
You will also be able to modify the parameters of your troops on the ground within the limit of what falcon proposes at this stage.

In August, you will receive the book of purchase of your armament. This notebook will be encoded at your camp, so you will only be able to read it. It will be the same for the other camps. Thus, there can be no cheating.
The notebook will be given to you by the 10th of August, with its password. It will be necessary to give it to me quickly (before September 3rd) with the file * .tac of your camp, so that I publish all the elements of your camp in the file campaign.

Se non saranno modificati territori delle 4 fazioni e le loro capitali, questa è la situazione attuale.
Come potete vedere, la distanza tra gli obiettivi primari è alquanto sbilanciata e ci sono territori la cui strategia sarà indubbiamente avvantaggiata dalla distanza necessaria per conquistare l'obiettivo finale.
Ho preparato anche una Mix per il solo uso di verificare sul terreno di falcon la situazione reale, che potrebbe non esservi così chiara come nell'immagine allegata.

Mi pare strano che abbiano fatto ciò. A meno che non usino quel territorio per il volo server.
