VRK Kneeboard

Bonjour,

Je me nomme Arcools et je me permets de poster en espérant ne pas me tromper.

J'utilise depuis quelques mois VRK Kneeboard que je trouve très bien, mais ayant du réinstaller ma configuration VR suite à un changement de carte Graphique, mon VRK Kneeboard ne fonctionne plus.

Je l'installe y compris ma tablette, tout se passe bien mais il ne me lance pas DCS World. Pourtant lorque je vais dans le jeu (et en je je ne vois pas ma kneeboard), en sortant du jeu VRK a bien ajouté un onglet pour le briefing de la mission.

J'ai regardé dans les Log et il semble que tout soit correct : 2021-10-07 15:12:03,511 [1] INFO VRKneeboardLib.OculusVROverlay - Starting OVR app: H:\DCS World OpenBeta\bin\DCS.exe --force_enable_VR

Quelqu'un pourrait-i m'aider car ce VRK est vraiment très bien.

Quelqu'un aurait-il eu ce problème, après restauration de Windows et re-installation toujours pareil.

Hi Arcools,
sorry I don't know any French so I will post in english hope you will manage to translate it.

The change of GPU should not impact VRK in any way, but you antivirus may interact with the technique VRK is using to inject its ovelay to overcome Oculus limitations. This happened to some pilots.
You should check if you have three files in the x6 subdirectory of VRK intallation (default: "C:\Program Files (x86)\VRKneeboard\x64"): LibOvrDet32.dll, LibOvrDet64.dll and vrkovrlauncher.exe
If not you should put the VRK directory into the exclusions of your AV and reinstall VRK.

If this is not your case, please send me your full logs (in private) so I could check for any anomaly.

Indeed I will make the checks that you indicate to me. This will allow me to see if everything is ok next to my installation and anti-virus.

anche io come Arcools sto sperimentando gli stessi problemi in fase di avvio dell'eseguibile di DCS direttamente da VR Kneeboard.
In pratica ho settato tutto come da manuale pdf allegato, ho verificato la presenza dei file di cui sopra (LibOvrDet32.dll, LibOvrDet64.dll and vrkovrlauncher.exe) ma nonostante questo, qunado premo il bottone in VR Kneeboard per avviare il simulatore, questo avvia il caricamento
mostrando l'immaginetta di DCS poi però rimane ferma li; se poi chiudo VR Kneeboard allora DCS parte, quindi io riavvio la tua applicazione e
a volte mi carica le kneeboard e a volte no. Io uso un OCULUS RIFT S ... se hai bisogno di ulteriori dettaglio sarò felicissimo di fornirteli; VRK
è a dir poco essenziale per me e se potessi aiutarmi te ne sarei molto grato.
