Buon pomeriggio, Signori.
Vi risparmio i soliti monologhi "commemorativi"su quanto esca pazzo per il volo virtuale e le varie emozioni che questo mi possa provocare , arrivando subito al dunque!
Mi chiamo Giovanni, ho 20 anni e il caro studio mi ha allontanato dal fantastico mondo dei sim per qualche annetto. Solo ultimamente, e dopo varie peripezie, sono riuscito a procurarmi il buon falcon 4.0 allied force.
Questo, prima ancora di sapere di BMS (potete quindi immaginare il mio sgomento)
Ho preso a pugni le solite vecchiette per procurarmi falcon 4.0 (quello del '98) e ho installato le varie patch, come da guida AMVI (va bene, lo ammetto..vi stavo spiando già  da un po)
Fin qui, tutto procede senza spargimenti di sangue, fino a quando non avvio bms e lo configuro:
sim lento;
grafica che lascia alquanto a desiderare..e insomma, le varie gioie del bms andate a farsi friggere.

Ora, premettendo che sono totalmente ignorante su computer e loro prestazioni, come mai un pc acquistato la scorsa settimana non mi riesca a supportare il sistema in 64 bit?? Perchè penso che derivi tutto da questo piccolo, grande "problema"

In caso contrario, sarei felice di mettere in pratica le vostre illuminazioni.

ciao e benvenuto. io ho un 64 bit e non ho problemi con bms. hai eseguito l'installazione come da guida, passo per passo?ti ricordo che devi installare solo BMS ( il cd di falcon 4, serve solo per far riconoscere a BMS che tu hai il titolo precedente, ma non và  installato).

Ho seguito, passo dopo passo, l'istallazione. Penso che il problema sia dovuto al processore 32 bit, forse mi sono spiegato male. Ho usato programmi, o qualsivoglia giochi, che richiedevano i 64 bit: sono partiti senza problemi, a differenza di bms.

il tuo grande problema e la scheda video... purtroppo con una intel hd non hai speranze di farlo girare bene se non con la qualità  al minimo... e forse cmq non avrai buone prestazioni, perchè quella vga ruba memoria alla ram, quindi leva potenza di calcolo agli algoritmi del simulatore, e la ram non ti permette di avere uno scambio di dati performanti perchè più lenta delle memorie usate dalle vga anche con soli 500 mb o 250 mb dedicati. Anche se userai ram più performanti e capienti e fidati il gioco non vale la candela. Sia perchè cmq la vga è pesima, sia perche lo scambio di dati avviene attraverso un bus dati esterno al sistema Vga. vuoi un consiglio, hai fatto 30 fai 31 spendi 300 euro per un pc fisso che equivale ad un top categoria di 3 anni fa e passa la paura... con il cambio ram stai su i 200 euro...

I sistemi operativi a 64 bit servono per computer che sfruttano una quantità  di ram superiore a 3Gb.
La CPU della serie Celeron B815 se non erro, è una serie con la vecchia architettura x86 il ché vuol dire che probabilmente potrebbe creare incompatibilità  con sistemi operativi superiori a 32bit.
In quanto scheda video, è molto debole, non è una scheda adatta né ai videogiochi né tanto meno ai simulatori.
Per ottenere prestazioni sufficienti devi considerare non solo la quantità  della memoria ram di una scheda video, ma anche la bada passante. Anche se non sono sicuro dei risultati, visto il comparto hardware di certo non da "gaming" potrei consigliarti di portare i settaggi grafici al minimo, e di togliere la spunta all'opzione Vsinc in modo da ottenere qualche fps in più. Almeno potresti metterti in condizioni di usare il simulatore.
